Diego Valencia lives in the Brickell Key neighborhood and specializes in the purchase and sale process of
condominiums throughout the urban core of Miami. His focus is on the Brickell, Brickell Key, Downtown
Miami, Miami Beach, Edgewater and the Coconut Grove neighborhoods. Born in New York City, he grew up in
Eastern Pennsylvania and then moved to Miami in the early 2000’s when his father was relocated to Coral
Gables for work.
Diego began his real estate career by moving to the country of Panama in 2011 to work as an in-house
sales executive at the Trump Ocean Club. When built this was the tallest building in Latin America and
still remains the largest mixed-use building in Central/South America.
For the year 2020 Diego Valencia has closed/under contract $15,000,000 in individual sales volume.Over
the last few years he has sold pre-construction and resale condos in some of the most popular buildings
in Miami including - Brickell City Center (Reach & Rise), Grand Paraiso, Brickell Flatiron, Two
Three Tequesta, 1010 Brickell, Icon Bay, One Park Grove, and others…
Diego is a native English speaker and is also fluent in Spanish. He works predominantly with clients from
the NYC Metro Area, Latin America and Europe. He enjoys biking, working out and is well traveled having
visited over 30 countries. Diego holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University.
